BRITISH AIRWAYS WILL CHANGE THE TICKETING TIMELIMITS ON SEMIFLEXIBLE LONGHAUL RATES EX SWITZERLAND FROM 30 DAYS TO 7 DAYS
The new ticketing time limit will be effective for reservations made on/after 01 JUNE 2007
Affected classes L/M/K/H/T
Important : for all existing bookings made before 01 June 07 tickets have to be issued latest 31 May 07
The new ticketing time limits will be as follows:
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SECTORS
WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
TICKETING MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RESERVATIONS ARE MADE, OR AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPATURE WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SECTORS
WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE, TICKETING MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 1 DAY AFTER RESERVATIONS ARE MADE.
Examples when you need to issue a ticket on/after 01 June 2007

The ticketing time limit is calculated from the date of PNR creation. To avoid confusion and ADM’s , if a passenger changes the itinerary or dates between the time of booking and the original time limit , then PLEASE CREATE A NEW PNR.
