According to IATA Agency Conference resolution 852, British Airways will enforce the ticket issue policy.
British Airways (125) tickets may only be used to issue a ticket that includes carriage on a British Airways flight or a flight operated with a BA flight number.
Additionally, British Airways may be selected as ticketing carrier by Travel Agents when issuing tickets to cover journeys which include travel entirely or partially:
(a) on flights with a BA flight number (including flights with a BA prefix operated by a BA franchise carrier*, and/or
(b) on the flights of Qantas (QF), and /ot
(c ) on the flights of Open Skies
In all other cases, British Airways must not be selected as ticketing carrier.
