Group Seating PNR Checklist

Is my group PNR fit for the seating queue?
Before sending your PNR to NICBA0102/50C1 for a ‘Homogenous Group’ Seat block or to MANBA08NH/87C3 for a ‘Non-homogenous group’ seat map, you need to make sure that it contains the following minimum information:
1) HK ITINERARY
2) BOOKED IN CORRECT GROUP BOOKING CLASSES (G, I, T, A)
3) AP IATA 1234567
4) BA PREFIX FLIGHT NUMBER i.e. BA operated flight only. No code-shares.
5) NO MORE THAN 40 PASSENGERS BOOKED (applies ‘Homogenous’ Seat block groups only)
If the booking has all of these elements – it’s GOOD TO QUEUE! |
