APIS - GDS entries for groups

Below you can find the GDS entries for APIS information for groups travelling to the US.

For travel to all other APIS countries the passport or ID card data is required only, it is only for travel to the US where the Country of residence and Address information needs to be added.

The APIS data input for group bookings must happen after the tickets have been issued, in order to allow a smooth ticketing process.

Please note that the PNRs including the APIS information need to be queued. Queue numbers can be found on attached document as well.
